We're now looking for a talented Technical Estimator / Designer to join our team. This is a key role in the business, working across departments to help shape and deliver exciting, varied projects.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing accurate estimates, quotations, and technical documentation. Using SolidWorks to produce and adapt detailed designs for bespoke fencing and gate solutions. Supporting the team with technical input, design advice, and problem-solving. Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Playing a central role in projects where no two days are the same.
What we're looking for:

Experience in estimating, SolidWorks design, or technical project support (ideally within construction, engineering, or manufacturing - but we're flexible). Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Someone proactive and confident who can hit the ground running. A team player who brings fresh ideas and can also work independently. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and technical.
