Asprey Management Solutions provides specialist asset management and compliance software for the UK social housing sector. Our products help housing providers manage their stock, maintain compliance, and operate more efficiently across a range of regulatory and operational areas.
We're a growing, friendly business with a strong technical team based in King's Lynn. As we continue to develop our platform, enhance our release processes and strengthen our security and compliance posture, we're looking to expand our team with a Technical Operations & Compliance Specialist.
This is a new role offering variety, ownership and the chance to support key technical functions in a modern software environment.
The Role
You'll work closely with our Technical Director and development team to support day-to-day technical operations, contribute to our cloud and release processes, and assist with key compliance activities such as Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO-aligned practices.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT operations, technical support, cloud support, QA or compliance who enjoys hands-on work, structured processes and documentation.
You won't be writing application code -- but you will be central to how we deliver, release and maintain our products.
Key Responsibilities
You'll support our technical function across a broad range of operational activities, including:
Assisting with software release coordination and deployment tasks
Helping maintain and monitor our Azure resources
Updating documentation, internal process guides and knowledge bases
Supporting CE+ and ISO-aligned compliance work (evidence, checks, registers)
Contributing to basic QA activities, such as smoke testing
Helping build automated tests with guidance
Supporting technical onboarding (devices, accounts, MFA setup)
Collaborating with developers and support teams to keep operations running smoothly
No two days will be the same -- this is a varied, hands-on role with genuine impact.

Essential
Experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, Cloud Support, QA or similar
Good understanding of cloud concepts (Azure preferred)
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Comfortable working with technical teams and processes
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to follow structured workflows
Comfortable taking ownership of varied tasks in a small team
Desirable
Exposure to CE+ or ISO 27001
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or CI/CD concepts
Understanding of basic scripting or SQL
Experience with Jira or Confluence
Experience working in a SaaS or software-driven environment
If you enjoy making processes run smoothly, supporting technical teams and keeping things organised, you'll fit in well.

Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the King's Lynn office)
