urban transformation through creative, experience-led amenity spaces
-- including bespoke cycle stores, bin shelters, and street furniture. By 2030, we aim to be the trusted infrastructure partner for the UK's top 100 residential and commercial developments.
We're a
young, driven team
with big goals, a practical mindset, and a collaborative culture. If you're hungry to build something meaningful, humble enough to learn fast, and smart in how you solve problems -- you'll fit right in.
The Role: Technical Project Estimator
We're looking for someone who brings ideas forward, solves practical challenges, and plays a key role in the early design and costing stages of our projects.
You'll collaborate closely with our design team and delivery team to shape smart, buildable solutions -- and work with suppliers and clients to price and scope them accurately. Your ideas won't just be listened to -- they'll help shape what gets built.
Key Responsibilities
Design Interpretation & Estimating
Interpret architectural drawings and client briefs to define project scope and feasibility.
Contribute design input, sketches, and technical ideas early in the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the design team to refine proposals and get client approvals.
Prepare accurate estimates covering materials, labour, and supplier costs.
Coordination & Project Enabling
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain technical info and pricing.
Build clear, competitive quotations aligned with project timelines and margins.
Manage project documentation and maintain version control for drawings and assumptions.
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure accurate handover and continuous improvement.
Identify risks, propose practical solutions, and learn from live projects to improve future work.
What You Bring
Practical mindset with a hands-on approach to technical problem solving.
Strong ability to sketch, propose, and evaluate design ideas.
Proficiency in CAD and experience in fabrication, construction, or manufacturing.
Comfortable reading architectural drawings and working through structural details.
Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
