About The Role



Knight Frank is looking to hire a Technical Project Manager to join our Technology Delivery Team based at our Baker Street Head Office.


We are the world's leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ Offices across 50 Territories.

Knight Frank is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to join our Business Services Portfolio team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of high-impact infrastructure and technical projects that are critical to our business strategy. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities:



Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and coordination Define and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle Establish clear roles and responsibilities across project teams Apply appropriate governance models tailored to project size and complexity Engage with specialist teams (e.g., Legal, IT, HR, Procurement) to ensure compliance and alignment Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting Monitor and report on project progress to senior stakeholders and governance forums Ensure robust change control processes are in place and followed Develop and execute test plans with clear business sign-off Create and implement effective training and communication strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation Chair steering meetings and present updates at board level when required Ensure supplier performance aligns with contractual obligations Periodically review project alignment with strategic business goals

Key Experience Required:



5+ years of direct project management experience, with 7-10 years in project environments Proven track record delivering infrastructure and technical projects (e.g., cloud migrations, office relocations) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels Experience working in matrix organisations and managing third-party vendors Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, or APMP)
