Your Role

As Project Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Ultromics aspects of a multisite European collaborative SaaS implementation project. Additional responsibilities will include supporting all UK-based project activities as necessary, working as a part of the company implementation team.



The Project Manager will have a background in technical integrations, preferably SaaS based along with experience of working in a commercial medical device environment.



Working closely with the PMO and Business Innovation teams, you will be integral to the companies strategic expansion into the European markets.

Your Responsibilities

Lead on the day-to-day Ultromics aspects of a large European commercial collaboration, including the technical implementation, integration and follow-up support management of the project ensuring all tasks are identified and monitored through to completion. Identify resources and assign responsibilities to internal and external team members. Set expectations and monitor timelines for project delivery, ensuring completion on time and within budget. Manage and drive key internal and external relationships with major project stakeholders, acting as primary point of contact, leading and influencing discussions. Direct and motivate internal and external multi-disciplinary project teams and keep team members accountable to deliver. Ensure programme goals are met and communicate programme status updates to the senior team as required. Oversee end-to-end site engagement, including, but not limited to, contracting, software integration, data transfer, data processing, data analysis, along with research activities where relevant. Develop and implement generic and site specific work and dataflows as necessary. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Collaborate with internal cross functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Commercial, Finance) to retain a balance between operational and commercial needs for project delivery and company KPIs. Oversee team compliance with project and governance documentation, systems and standard operating procedures fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Follow good information governance practice throughout this job role and ensure compliance with Ultromics information security and data protection policies in all applicable assigned tasks. Your skills and experience:



BSc in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience. Skilled in the identification and implementation of interventions necessary to ensure project delivery. Experience of technical project management in a healthcare setting with knowledge of European clinical settings being an advantage. High level understanding of factors involved in the integration of a cloud-based SaaS into an external vendor, e.g. HL7, DICOM, PACS, VPN, Compass etc. Experience of stakeholder management within multiple areas of the health and life sciences sector across industry, academia and clinical setting boundaries with proven experience in commercially focused projects with European exposure being advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills, including effective prioritisation Excellent attention to detail, including meticulous record keeping. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving environment. Ability to adapt whilst managing a varied workload focussed on multiple projects and accounts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Recognised expertise in SaaS project delivery within clinical settings Experience of working on multi-site clinical research projects Experience in a venture capital-backed start-up or scale-up environment. Proficient in German. Proven track record of successfully negotiating and executing strategic partnerships.
