What You'll Be Doing:




Leading the end-to-end delivery of digital product projects--from full SDLC to UI/UX optimisation, PWA builds, and API integrations. Translating business needs into actionable plans and ensuring timely, in-scope delivery across multiple concurrent projects. Acting as the key link between the Development team and the wider business, managing expectations and clearly communicating technical progress to non-technical stakeholders. Driving agile project planning and adapting delivery approaches to match the team's needs (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Coordinating work across cross-functional teams, including UX, Development, Marketing, and Compliance--supporting A/B testing and experimentation. Driving continuous improvement across delivery practices, project tracking, and go-live readiness. Ensuring delivery excellence across scope, budget, and time.



? We're Looking for Someone Who has / is:




4+ years of experience as a

Technical Project Manager

working on digital software and customer-facing products. Comfortable translating technical requirements for non-technical audiences--and vice versa. Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and delivering across cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of CRMs, cloud platforms, APIs, and software tooling. Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to lead delivery conversations at all levels. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a "get it done" attitude and bias for action. Experience in fintech or regulated financial services is

highly desirable
