Here at innocent, we're on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we've gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe's biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It's nice to be able to say things like that but we're not patting ourselves on the back just yet. what you'll be doing
We have an exciting new role at the heart of all the great stuff going on at innocent. In a super varied role, you'll be in charge of the below:Leading and developing a team of 5 direct reports, fostering talent and succession planning.
Owning and evolving the TRS strategy to align with business goals and external dynamics.
Driving compliance and resilience across our supply base, ensuring no food safety-related recalls or major incidents.
Executing our sustainability strategy for ingredients, including regenerative agriculture and supplier alignment with carbon targets.
Partnering with Procurement, R&D, Innovation Delivery, and Supply teams to deliver innovation and value.
Strengthening processes and tools to simplify work and enhance food safety due diligence.
you'll have
Proven leadership experience in quality management and supplier engagement.
Strong knowledge of food safety and decision-making under pressure.
Experience in sustainable sourcing, ideally with exposure to farm-level standards.
A track record of working with marketing and innovation teams to bring new concepts to market.
Passion for values-led brands and sustainability.
Bonus points for experience in chilled drinks, large FMCG environments, and technical team leadership
