Duties

Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions within the HVAC / Mechanical Electrical sector. Drive sales through effective negotiation and communication skills. Maintain an organised database of customer interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies that align with company objectives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage time efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role within the HVAC / Mechanical Electrical sector. Strong IT skills. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
