Job Summary
Accord People are recruiting a Technical Superintendent for an Aberdeen-based client on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vessel crews, Fleet Team, and support departments to maintain operational readiness and regulatory compliance. Promote SHEQ and safety policies across all activities. Plan, budget, and supervise vessel repairs, dockings, and modifications. Manage costs and reporting related to vessel maintenance, damages, and projects. Supervise crew and subcontractors, ensuring work meets agreed standards of quality, budget, and schedule.
Requirements:
Qualified CoC Engineer with experience in offshore vessels (AHTS, CSV, DSV, CLV). Familiarity with marine legislation, regulatory requirements, and DP operations. Strong English communication skills. Team player with problem-solving skills, resilience, and initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 1.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Work Location: In person
