We're looking for a proactive, organised individual to join our operations and support team. This role combines hands-on equipment preparation with technical and customer support responsibilities. You'll play a key part in ensuring our engineers and customers receive the right equipment, configured correctly, and that any setup or commissioning queries are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Preparation:
Pick and pack equipment for dispatch to customers and engineers.
Configuration:
Pre-configure telematics and camera equipment before dispatch.
Helpdesk Support:
Respond to customer enquiries via our helpdesk system, providing clear and friendly assistance.
Commissioning Support:
Remotely support engineers during equipment installations and commissioning.
Saturday Cover:
Provide remote commissioning support one Saturday per month working from home and paid as overtime (typically on a rota).
Ideal Candidate:
Methodical and detail-oriented, with good organisational skills.
Comfortable using computers and following technical instructions.
Positive communicator with a customer-focused approach.
Able to work both independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team.
Experience in technical support, logistics, or electronics (advantageous but not essential).

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
