The Role

We're seeking

Technical Support & Sales Call Agents

to join our team. This is a varied, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in helping customers with technical issues and sales enquiries, as well as supporting our field engineers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing sales advice to prospective and existing customers over the phone and via email Delivering first-line technical support to customers, including remote troubleshooting Booking appointments and scheduling jobs in engineers' diaries Accurately logging customer details and maintaining records Delivering a professional, honest, and customer-focused service--

no cold calling or high-pressure sales. All enquiries come directly from customers who have contacted us for help or advice.

This role can be demanding during seasonal peaks, so we're looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

We are a friendly, South West-based company specialising in the installation and repair of

satellite broadband, WiFi, and TV systems

. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a proactive individual to support the day-to-day operations of our expanding business.

A genuine interest in IT, broadband, and technology Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Confident communication and excellent customer service skills A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to helping our business grow Previous experience in sales or customer support (desirable but not essential)
