Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist to join a diagnostics company, in Welwyn Garden City, on a contract basis until end of Feb 2024.
Salary:
Up to \xc2\xa3220/day PAYE or \xc2\xa3291/dayUMB
Technical Support Specialist Role:\xe2\x80\xa2 Handling of customer and staff enquiries,via phone or in the written form and processing internal and external customer enquiries / complaints and troubleshooting.
- Be responsible for providing general information solutions technical or scientific support to internal/external customers.
- Identification or product quality issues and escalation to the next level of skill and / or specialism.
- Troubleshooting on site following discussions with field support representatives.
- Perform planned maintenance activities to assist field support representatives, i.e. maintenance, installation, modification.
- Degree or relevant professional qualification
- Previous experience working in the Point of Care (POC) and/or Laboratory environment
- Great knowledge of Information Solutions IT portfolio
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools
- Understanding of the Diagnostics industry
