Distec is looking for an experienced Technical Warehouse Operative with expertise in handling, storing, and managing technical equipment, components, and materials. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations to ensure that all orders are delivered accurately, on time, and in full. Additionally, the position includes providing technical support for embedded computers and touchscreen systems. Responsibilities include configuring and modifying PCs, as well as providing additional technical assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations and stock control
Receive and dispatch goods within the warehouse
Oversee local and international shipping
Follow company procedures and adhere to ISO standards
Install PC components, including memory and storage drives
Perform PC imaging
Customise industrial monitors and embedded PC systems
Conduct PC repairs in accordance with SLA terms
Test and manage demonstration stock
Handle RMA cases, including providing telephone support
Process customer orders using the company's ERP system.
Process supplier orders.
Provide technical assistance to customers
Offer administrative support to the sales team as needed
