: You'll lead the digital onboarding journey -- from tech setup to training and coaching -- ensuring every new starter feels confident, connected, and ready to deliver great client service from day one.

What you'll do
In this role, you'll:
Coordinate end-to-end digital onboarding for new starters
Coordinate account setup, hardware allocation, and system access
Deliver onboarding sessions on Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, and firm systems
Partner with HR, IT, and team leads to ensure day-one readiness
Run 1:1 and group tech inductions and provide hands-on coaching
Create user-friendly guides, tips, and digital learning materials
Conduct follow-up check-ins at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months
Ensure timely hardware delivery, setup, and issue resolution
Maintain onboarding tracker and resolve blockers quickly
Gather feedback to improve onboarding experience and materials
Identify trends and collaborate on proactive support initiatives

What we're looking for
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Passion for helping others build digital confidence
High attention to detail and commitment to a seamless onboarding experience
Experience in a professional services or law firm environment
Background in delivering digital skills training or adoption programmes (desirable)
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or generative AI tools
Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms (desirable)
Basic understanding of IT hardware and setup processes
Strong communication skills -- approachable, patient, and confident
Excellent organisational skills; able to manage multiple onboarding processes
