The primary aim of this role is to provide efficient and effective administrative support to Technology Platform staff and other associated staff and to foster and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders
Key objectives will include:
Implement operational targets set by the Head of Technical Operations, and the Technology Platform Management.
Support and liaise with Technology Platform managers and academic leads regarding the operational running of Facilities.
Work with Management teams and Research Development Manager (RDM) for Technology Platforms to organise meetings, including Research Technology Development Group (RTDG), Technology Platform Thematic Groups, facility specific workshops and training events
Oversee and assist in development and maintenance of operational databases and preparation of progress/final reports.
