Telesales / Marketing Agent
to join our business development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, promoting legal services, and contributing to the firm's growth.
Role Overview
The Telesales / Marketing Agent will play a key role in generating new business leads, engaging potential clients over the phone, and promoting the firm's legal services. You will also assist in marketing campaigns, maintaining client databases, and supporting the firm's wider business development goals.
This is a
full-time, office-based
position offering excellent career progression for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote the firm's legal services.
Handle inbound calls and enquiries, providing professional and accurate information about services.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on new business leads.
Maintain and update client contact records in the CRM or case management system.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and offline initiatives.
Work closely with solicitors and administrative teams to ensure smooth handover of client leads.
Achieve individual and team-based sales and conversion targets.
Represent the firm in a professional manner at all times, maintaining compliance with
SRA
and
GDPR
standards.
Requirements
Essential:
Previous experience in
telesales, customer service, or marketing
(preferably within a professional services environment).
Strong communication and persuasion skills with a professional telephone manner.
Confidence in handling a high volume of calls and engaging with diverse clients.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Desirable:
Experience working in a
law firm
or similar professional service sector.
Understanding of basic legal service offerings (training will be provided).
Familiarity with digital marketing or social media promotion.
