Business Development outbound Telesales Opportunity on behalf of New london lofts.

Home based, - basic + commission

New london lofts is a construction company we specialise in Loft Conversion, Extension, refurbishment and new builds.

The Position

We're looking for a Business Development agent (Outbound Telesales) to make average 70-80 calls per day, set up meetings and secure appointments for the sales advisors. Send and respond to emails to clients. Diary reminders and appointments for directors. As well as daily content and post management for various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Managing a pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring accurate record keeping

Creating relationships with customers

Contacting potential customers to inform them about our services via outbound telephone and email

Explain the features, advantages and benefits of our business

Establishing customer needs and identify opportunities

Asking questions to understand customer requirements and ultimately close prospect into appointments.

Ensure sign up is completed correctly, guiding the customer through the process to guarantee successful completion

Professionally handling all incoming /outgoing enquiries and responses via phone, email and wattsapp.

Report call numbers, appointment settings progress and sales to management by updating a spreadsheet on a daily basis.

Skills and Competencies

Fantastic telephone manner

Well-developed interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal skills

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Proficient with email, internet and mobile technology

A keen eye for detail

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Educational /Additional requirements

Previous telesales experience is not essential full training will be given

Job Types: Part time will lead to full time then after 6 month will lead into a call centre team leader.

Must be experienced in social media content writing and posting and keeping ontop of managing various platforms, systematically organising and managing synchronised content and post going out.

Contract length: after 3months will lead to permanentPart-time hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6 hrs per daySalary: From 15.00 - 20 per hourAdditional pay:
