We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and possess strong analytical skills. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and generating leads. Proficiency in Sage 200 accounts/crm system are highly desirable.
Duties
Conduct minimum 60 outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services each day.
Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customers needs and promote suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions within sage.
Analyse call data with management and customer feedback to improve outreach strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up processes.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is needed.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with Sage or similar CRM software is advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with fluency in english.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resilience.
