Job Description

The Role



This role is designed to manage and grow a portfolio of transactional customers by conducting a high volume of outbound sales calls. You will take direct responsibility for generating sales within an assigned region and handling those transactions through digital platforms. A key element of the role involves maintaining accurate CRM records and working closely with regional sales and branch teams to increase ecommerce sales.

Key Responsibilities



Build and maintain regular contact with your designated customer portfolio, with a strong focus on driving ecommerce transactions. Make a high volume of outbound calls, prepare quotations, and support customers via live chat. Provide guidance to customers on relevant products and services, with an emphasis on ecommerce channels and core product ranges. Gather customer intelligence and input it into the CRM system. Respond to customer enquiries and provide quotations in a timely manner. Monitor and manage both existing and newly onboarded ecommerce accounts. Perform data input and administrative tasks as required.
