Telecoms Logistics Coordinator (TrackTrans System User)

We are looking for a Telecoms Logistics Coordinator to support the movement of telecom assets, including generators, and ensure the smooth delivery of field engineering projects. This role is central to keeping our operations running efficiently and supporting both internal teams and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Use TrackTrans TMS and WMS to plan and manage asset movements Coordinate field engineering jobs from creation through to completion Track stock levels, returns, and decommissioned equipment across multiple sites Capture and log proof of delivery and collection Support asset management for installations, upgrades, and maintenance work Prepare site documentation and handover packs to client standards Produce reports on stock, job progress, and contractor performance
Skills and Experience

Experience in telecoms logistics, network deployment, or field service coordination Knowledge of TrackTrans or similar logistics/transport management systems Good understanding of telecom infrastructure and supply chain processes Confident using mobile apps for data capture and reporting Strong organizational and communication skills Able to work effectively with subcontractors and internal teams
Desirable

Knowledge of telecoms and power generation equipment Experience with reverse logistics and recycling of telecom equipment Familiarity with engineering work packs and job allocation systems
