Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00pm (37.5 hours)

Job Purpose

The role of Telecoms System Engineer is really important to us. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a wide variety of Hosted Cloud Voice solutions and on-premises PBX solutions.

Your responsibilities day to day will be\xe2\x80\xa6

• Manage your day-to-day work schedule, ensuring each task is completed to the highest standard.
• Remotely & on site diagnose and repair faults and customer issues as scheduled.
• Visit customer premises to deploy new and additional telephony solutions as scheduled.

What do we expect of you?

• Minimum 12 months\xe2\x80\x99 experience in telephony systems engineering, hosted or PBX.
• An IT infrastructure understanding.
• A positive can-do attitude, good communication skills & excellent problem-solving skills.
• An enthusiasm to learn and grow individual knowledge & skills
• Full driving licence

Full support and any additional product training that may be required will be provided to develop you into a highly skilled and valued member of the engineering team.
