Role Overview
We are seeking a
confident, motivated, and dynamic Tele-Sales Marketing Agent
to join our growing sales team. Your mission will be to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and promote our recruitment services to businesses in need of security staffing. This is a client-facing role--via phone and email--where your communication skills, resilience, and ability to close deals will be key to your success.
Key Duties
Conduct
outbound B2B calls
to introduce our recruitment services to potential clients.
Engage in
meaningful conversations
to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Promote security staffing solutions and explain how we help businesses hire the right professionals.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads from campaigns and previous interactions.
Book meetings for the senior sales team and assist in closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the
CRM system
.
Stay informed about
industry compliance (SIA licences, etc.)
and market trends.
Provide
exceptional customer service
, overcoming objections and handling inquiries.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in
telemarketing, B2B sales, or recruitment
(highly desirable).
Proficiency in
CRM software
(Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Confidence in handling rejection and objection handling.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
