Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating sales. This role requires proficiency in English. Familiarity with telemarketing practices and software, particularly Salesforce, will enhance your effectiveness in this position.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to engage potential clients. Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions using telemarketing software. Effectively close and complete sales process. Continuously improve personal performance by seeking feedback and participating in training sessions.

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with telemarketing software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and personal development.
