Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily focusing on B2B sales.
Present and promote our products or services effectively, ensuring clear understanding of client needs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information using CRM software such as Salesforce.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into active clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding the client base.
Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant information during calls.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
Experience
Prior experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills in English are required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to engage customers, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
