We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales and the ability to utilise CRM software, including Hubspot, to track interactions and manage customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and previous outreach efforts.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving lead conversion rates.
Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing approaches.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using Hubspot or similar CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 15,000.00-30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
