Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Telemarketer to join our team in Hereford, UK. This role involves engaging with potential clients and existing clients to promote our sustainable protection solutions and support our sales objectives. As part of Beck Group, you will contribute to our mission of providing reliable, eco-friendly project support from our location in Hereford.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to secure quotable opportunities and face to face meetings for our Business Development team. Maintain accurate records of interactions within our Enapps CRM system Achieve daily and weekly call targets to support sales growth. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance engagement. Report on call outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is essential. Excellent communication skills in English Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of construction or protection solutions industry is advantageous but not required.
