Job Description
Join our team at Storage Giant! We're looking for driven Telemarketing Executive to work onsite at our head office in Newport. In this fast-paced role, you'll make outbound calls, connect with customers, and help promote our range of storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100-150 outbound calls each day to potential and existing customers Promote Storage Giant's services clearly and effectively Accurately record customer interactions and update our CRM system Follow up on leads and convert them into sales Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
Schedule:
37.5 hours per week - Between the hours of:
Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 21:00
Requirements:
Telemarketing or sales experience is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed call targets Able to work independently and as part of a team
