Job Description

Salary:

Basic up to 25,000 OTE up to 30,000 with uncapped bonus scheme

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company
- Provide information about products or services to potential customers
- Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers
- Record and update customer information in the company database

- Book telephone appointments with potential customers to discuss insurance requirements with one of our insurance specialists
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Experience:

- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with telemarketing software and CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Hours:

37 hours per week

Please note that this is not a remote position. The telemarketer will be required to work from our office location.
