As an Inside Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, guiding them to reach their full potential, and ensuring that all team objectives align with the company's strategic sales goals. Responsibilities:



Lead and manage a team, ensuring individual and group performance aligns with company objectives. Vigorously pursue and exceed set goals and objectives to contribute to overall sales success. Place phone calls to potential customers, generating valuable leads for the business. Set appointments with prospective customers through respectful and polite communication. Maintain information within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data. Confirm all booked appointments 48 hours prior to the meeting. Work closely with the Inside Sales Management team and Sales Administrators to ensure the diary is full of sales-ready opportunities. Monitor sales targets and KPIs for the team. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members, identifying development areas and offering constructive feedback to improve performance. Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-driven work environment where team members feel motivated to succeed. Set and communicate clear performance expectations for the team. Act as a liaison between the team and senior management, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels. Generate a minimum of 7 dems a week with a monthly target of 1.5 dem booked average a day. Manage your own pipeline of appointments booked.
