We're looking for a confident and proactive
Telemarketing / Sales Support Executive
to join our commercial team. If you love talking to people, building relationships, and supporting a busy sales environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls to warm, cold, and dormant leads to spark conversations and qualify interest
Responding to website enquiries, inbound calls, and Live Chat messages, and routing them to the right team members
Following up on quotes, checking in with customers, and capturing feedback to support conversion
Supporting the sales and business development team with quote preparation and campaign follow-ups
Updating the CRM with accurate records of all calls, contact details, and opportunities
Building rapport with new contacts and laying the groundwork for long-term client relationships
Assisting with outbound call campaigns and measuring success through basic performance metrics
Spotting and escalating cross-sell or upsell opportunities where appropriate
Maintaining a strong understanding of our product range so you can speak confidently with customers
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in a telemarketing, customer service, or sales support role (B2B preferred)
Strong phone and communication skills with a friendly, confident tone
Great organisation and attention to detail--especially when following up and quoting
A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
CRM experience is a bonus
Familiarity with the construction, traffic management, or industrial sectors is an advantage
