Role Overview

We are seeking a temporary Telephone Researcher to support our AI information publishing company. The role involves conducting outbound research calls to businesses, gathering responses to a structured survey (average duration: 4-6 minutes). This is not a sales position.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound research calls to target lists provided. Clearly explain the purpose of the survey and secure participation. Accurately record responses in the required format. Maintain a professional and courteous telephone manner at all times. Achieve a minimum of 4 completed surveys per hour.
Requirements

Previous experience in outbound telephone work (research, customer service, or telesurveying). Confident and professional telephone manner. Ability to follow scripts while engaging naturally with respondents. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work to set targets. Comfortable working independently to a flexible weekly schedule (6-15 hours).
Performance Expectations

Minimum of 4 completed surveys per hour. Consistent, accurate data entry. Professional representation of the company at all times.
Compensation

16.50

Job Type: Temporary
