Telesales / Admin Executive
Job Description
We are searching for a new telesales person as part of a planned Brewery expansion. We will train you and give you the opportunity to progress within the company.
We are now looking to develop our new business with a new highly focused telesales team that is capable of maintaining contact with our existing customers and developing new cold-call customers. You will be responsible for logging customer orders and customer care. You must have a good telephone manner be computer literate and you must have the ability to problem-solve. You will also have responsibility for brewery logistics, and working with the brewery team.
There will be opportunities for self progression in the company. There will also be opportunities for part-time work.
There will be a new bonus scheme starting in June which will be up to 25% of salary based on sales pa. Full details will be supplied to shortlisted candidates.
Being a Welsh Speaker is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through telemarketing efforts to promote products and services. Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities. Communicate effectively in English to cater to diverse customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B pubs and wholesale to drive sales growth. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries.
Qualifications
Proficient in English, with strong communication skills Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM software Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus Computer literacy, including the use of various software applications Knowledge of the Welsh language is advantageous
