The Role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Telemarketer with experience in B2B sales to generate leads and book appointments for our field sales team. You will be speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers, promoting Hivebyte Technology's services and helping them discover how we can enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound B2B calls to potential clients to introduce Hivebyte Technology's products and services. Book qualified appointments for our field sales representatives. Build rapport and engage in meaningful business conversations to understand client needs. Keep detailed records of calls and leads Follow up on warm leads and previous client interactions. Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to improve outreach and conversion rates. Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all communications.

Requirements

Proven experience in

B2B sales

or

telemarketing

(appointment setting experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- confident speaking with business professionals. CRM experience (Salesforce familiarity is a bonus). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for sales and success.
