is a fast-growing renewable energy company on a mission to help homes and businesses reduce costs and cut carbon. We're expanding our customer outreach team and are looking for confident, motivated Telesales Advisors who can help us connect more customers with sustainable energy solutions.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to promote our green energy products and services.
Identify customer needs and clearly explain the benefits of our solutions.
Book appointments for our energy consultants or process sales directly (depending on campaign).
Maintain accurate call and lead records in our CRM system.
Work towards daily and weekly targets with a positive, proactive attitude.
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Emerald Green Energy brand professionally.
What We're Looking For
Previous telesales or call centre experience is preferred, but not essential.
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
Confident, resilient, and target-driven.
Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for sustainability and helping customers save money is a bonus.
