We have a super new opportunity for a Telesales / Telemarketing Agent to join our busy team here at LBW Drinks.

Here at the winery, we produce a wide range of exciting and interesting products all year round along with creating award winning English wine each harvest. We have plans in place to increase production and distribution and we are now looking for a Telesales / Telemarketing Agent to help grow our exciting drinks portfolio across a diverse range of customers and business.

You'll be based in the Lyme Bay office and be able to demonstrate achievements in:

Managing online and telephone conversations with potential or existing customers to deliver revenue growth

Handling high volumes of calls and emails including complaints, queries, orders with patience and energy

Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales orders, and other useful information for easy team access

Achieving high customer satisfaction scores

We are looking for someone with proven telesales and customer service skills, alongside good IT / PC skills with familiarity of Microsoft Office, CRM systems and various business platforms, such as SAGE.

You'll be a natural communicator, bringing energy and enthusiasm to presenting products and services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and challenges. Someone who can adapt their style to suit different people or situations. Together with 'can do' attitude to think around problems and get things done.
