We are looking for a high level Telesales Agent with strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
As a Telesales Agent, you will be:
Calling warm leads that have requested more information on Solar Panels
Building rapport and delivering a customer experience of the highest standard.
Recording accurate information within the company CRM
Achieving both individual and team sales and call targets
Ensuring you stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
We would love to hear from you if you:
Have a positive attitude and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Are self-motivated with the desire to progress within the business
Have at least 2 years experience in telephone sales
You have a GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
