We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calling, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships. The Telesales Agent will utilize CRM software and other technology tools to manage leads and track sales activities effectively.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, including warm calling and business development outreach
Updating google docs
Present product offerings clearly and persuasively to generate interest and close sales
Negotiate terms with clients to meet both their needs and company objectives
Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce
Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and improve outreach strategies
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team goals in a high-volume telemarketing environment
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Proven experience in B2C sales, telemarketing, or technology sales preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability in inside sales, outbound calling, and business development strategies
Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to telesales campaigns
Ability to perform warm calling with a professional approach that fosters trust and rapport
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
