Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy sales and have excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products or services
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team
- Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer information using Salesforce or similar software
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve overall sales performance

Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English languages
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve targets
