We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong understanding of B2c sales and the ability to engage prospects over the phone. Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions within our CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategise on lead generation and conversion techniques.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine sales strategies.
Utilise excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to engage with a diverse client base.
Experience
Previous experience in telemarketing or B2C sales is preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.
