Are you money-motivated, results-driven, and ready to take your sales performance to the next level?
We're looking for confident, ambitious Telesales Agents with proven experience in outbound calling and high-level lead conversion.

This role is ideal for somebody with a solid background in phone-based sales who thrives in a target driven environment.

The Role

Making proactive outbound calls to hot and warm leads Converting enquiries into successful sales with confidence and professionalism Working to clear targets and KPIs Delivering exceptional call quality while maintaining strong conversion rates Work weekends - flexible hours between 15 to 20 hours per weekend

Role Requirements (mandatory)

Strong outbound telesales experience Natural ability to build rapport quickly Target-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed Resilient, energetic, and highly motivated to earn Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or telesales
