WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Telesales and Customer Services Representative, your mission is to drive revenue and smash sales targets by selling delegate places to hot leads and new prospects. You'll be:

Hunting & Closing: Prospecting new clients, pitching compellingly, and closing deals like a pro. Researching & Strategising: Understanding different industries and market trends to identify prime prospects. Engaging Executives: Communicating with senior decision-makers via phone, email, and social media. Building & Managing Relationships: Creating strong connections with customers to ensure repeat business. Innovating & Collaborating: Working with different teams to boost lead generation and increase sales.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The right person for this role loves sales, thrives under pressure, and is hungry for success!

Passionate, driven, and resilient - you go above and beyond to hit targets. Minimum one year's experience in a call centre or office-based sales role. A natural communicator - you can build relationships with ease. Organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Sharp attention to detail and strong written/verbal skills. A "start-up" mentality - proactive, adaptable, and eager to get stuck in!
