Job Description
Hop Union Brewery is looking for a confident, driven, and friendly individual to join our Telesales and Sales Administrator at our brewery in Brislington, as a Telesales Executive. You'll be the voice of our brand, helping us connect with customers, drive sales, and support our continued growth.

Hop Union Brewery, Brislington, BristolHours:
3 days per week - Monday to Wednesday, 8:30am - 5:00pmPart-time: 24 hours/week
What you'll be doing:
Making outbound telesales calls to new and existing customers Following up leads and securing orders via both phone and email Sending regular product updates and availability emails to customers Researching and approaching new business opportunities Maintaining customer records and order history Processing sales and purchase invoices using CRM Using our brewery management system Brewman (training provided) General administrative tasks to support the sales team
What we're looking for:
Previous telesales or phone-based customer service experience. A friendly, confident telephone manner Excellent communication skills and a persuasive, positive attitude Strong written communication skills for customer emails Organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently Comfortable using basic computer systems/CRMs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
