Smart Workwear are currently recruiting for a Customer Service/Telesales Executive to join our team.
Duties
Calling customers from the company database, advising on any additional products and services that the company has to offer to suit their needs and budget
Building new & managing existing customer relationships
Ensure familiarity with the products and services provided by Smart Workwear
Using social media strategies and gathering referrals
Generating sales and developing a database
Bringing in new customers to achieve sales targets
Ideal Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Natural ability to engage in conversation with customers
Computer literate
Be tenacious, proactive and have the ability to look for new customer leads
Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure
B2B outbound sales experience
A proven track record in hitting targets
Monday to Friday
No weekends

Salary: Up to 15.00 per hour depending on experience
