Job Overview:
We are seeking an
experienced and highly motivated Telesales Executive
to join our dynamic sales team. Your primary role will be to
attract and secure tenants for student accommodation
, while delivering an exceptional service experience. You will be responsible for building
long-lasting relationships with prospective tenants
, guiding them through the booking process, and contributing directly to the
company's growth
by converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective student leads and guide them through available accommodation options.
Develop a deep understanding of students' housing needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Build rapport and trust with students through effective communication and personalized service.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up on leads, maintain regular contact, and close bookings efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, property management, marketing) to ensure smooth and successful bookings.
Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Stay informed about property features, availability, promotions, and student intake cycles.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of telesales or inside sales experience (experience in student housing, real estate, or hospitality is preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and handling rejections professionally.
Excellent communication
bachelor's degree preferred.
