The Role
This isn't "just another call centre job." As a Telesales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for potential patients. Your role is to engage, qualify, and convert leads into consultations, building trust and excitement over the phone. You'll be a key driver of growth, helping us hit ambitious sales targets while providing an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
Convert inbound leads into booked consultations with confidence and energy.
Handle outbound follow-up calls to warm leads.
Ask the right questions to uncover needs, motivations, and barriers.
Overcome objections with skill, empathy, and professionalism.
Hit and exceed conversion, consult, and revenue targets.
Log activity and results accurately in our CRM.
What We're Looking For
Proven
telesales success
in a high-volume, target-driven environment (healthcare, education, financial services, luxury services preferred).
Exceptional
phone presence:
clear, warm, persuasive, and energetic.
Strong
questioning and active listening
skills - able to quickly build rapport and uncover real motivations.
Resilience and persistence, you thrive on overcoming objections and don't fold at the first "no."
Results-driven mindset with a
track record of exceeding targets.
