Job Title: Telesales Executive - Industrial Doors (Northeast Region)

Job Summary:



We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at our Dodworth, Barnsley office. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships over the phone, focusing on customers and prospects in the Northeast of England, including areas such as Newcastle, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Durham, and surrounding towns.

Working within the industrial door industry, you will promote products such as roller shutters, sectional doors, fire doors, and high-speed doors to commercial and industrial clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with telesales or customer service experience who is looking to grow in a technical and fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing business customers in the Northeast region to promote our range of industrial door products. Qualify leads and generate new sales opportunities for the external sales team. Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and previous clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or arrange site surveys. Work closely with the external sales team to support area coverage and ensure smooth handovers. Build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business. Meet and exceed call targets, appointment goals, and KPIs. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:



Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role (B2B preferred). Excellent communication and listening skills with a confident telephone manner. Strong organisational and time management skills. Self-motivated and target driven. Basic understanding of technical products or willingness to learn about the industrial door industry is advantageous but not essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Experience:



Knowledge or prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or technical product sales. Experience working with facilities managers, or industrial clients.

Working Conditions:



Office-based role in Dodworth, Barnsley. Full-time, Monday to Friday. Competitive basic salary Full training on products and systems provided. Career development opportunities within a growing business.

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
