Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our New Business Team. This role requires proficiency in using telesales software and the ability to communicate effectively.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services. Utilise in-house software to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information. Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts and achieving sales targets. Keep abreast of industry trends to provide accurate information during calls.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential. Strong verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft packages Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection during calls. Uncapped commission structure is available
Daily shifts: Monday - Friday 09:00-15:00 although other options can be available.
