To help grow and develop sales by assisting inbound telesales calls to both existing Collins Customers and the expected increase in volume calls for the Dairy Diary.
To ensure the delivery of excellent customer service through building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of sales orders and ensuring follow-through.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that all scheduled outgoing/incoming calls are completed on time
Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure company SLA is always achieved
Continuously drive sales to ensure target is achieved
Build excellent relationships with existing and new customers
Respond to all customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
Provide advice and guidance to customers on company products
Provide an efficient after-sales service
Ensure all customer complaints are handled in professional manner, ensuring a timely resolution to the complaint.
Any other duties as required.
