x2 Telesales Executive

Full-time, Office-Based

The Role

You will play a key part in growing our customer base by making outbound calls, managing inbound leads, validating customer invoices, and coordinating with our Procurement and Sales teams to produce competitive quotes.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales

Make daily outbound calls to restaurants, cafes, takeaways and other food businesses Introduce our Price Beater service and identify customer needs Log all call activity and notes accurately

Inbound Lead Management

Monitor email and WhatsApp channels for incoming customer invoices Validate invoices for clarity and completeness Record and categorise invoices for pricing analysis Follow up with customers for missing or unclear details

Working with Procurement & Sales

Request accurate price comparisons from Procurement Communicate customer needs, volumes and product alternatives Present quotes clearly to customers Arrange follow-up and onboarding calls

Customer Interaction & Relationship Building

Maintain a friendly, professional and solution-focused approach Build rapport quickly and answer customer questions confidently Track customer commitments and follow up promptly

Admin & Reporting

Keep customer records and lead trackers accurate Track KPIs including calls made, invoices received and conversions Escalate high-value opportunities when required

What We're Looking For

Strong phone, email and WhatsApp communication skills Experience in telesales, customer service or order processing Highly organised, able to manage several leads at once Confident communication and rapport-building skills Positive, proactive and detail-oriented Knowledge of the wholesale food sector is an advantage Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
