Telesales Executive (Warm Leads Only)

Location: London (SE13)

Salary: 24,500 basic + uncapped commission (OTE 50,000+)

Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm

About the Model School

We are a leading modelling and confidence development school, helping children, teens, and adults build confidence, presence, and professional portfolios. Our programmes focus on personal development, self-belief, and real-world industry skills. Due to high demand, we are expanding our booking team and looking for a driven Telesales Executive to support our growth.

The Role

You will speak with parents, aspiring models, and adults who have already expressed interest in our programmes. Your role is to guide them through our offerings, build trust, and secure enrolments and bookings. This is a consultative sales role focused on empowerment, opportunity, and personal growth not hard selling.

Key Responsibilities

Contact warm leads via phone and messaging

Explain our modelling programmes, confidence training, and portfolio experiences

Build rapport with parents and clients, answering questions clearly and professionally

Handle objections with confidence and integrity

Secure bookings and enrolments

Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-ups

Consistently achieve targets and maximise commission

What We're Looking For

Proven telesales or consultative sales experience (minimum 3 years preferred)

Target-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings

Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience speaking with parents is an advantage

Organised, self-motivated, and consistent with follow-ups

Passion for confidence-building, modelling, or personal development
